About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant. Who will serve as a Lead product analyst for the Collateral Management product area of the Equipment Finance/Vendor Finance product. The Collateral Management product area includes applications used in Equipment Valuations, Portfolio, End of Term and Remarketing Equipment, among other processes that are key to supporting our Customers and Dealers. 

As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems. You will partner with professionals to design and execute solutions that ultimately improve risk mitigation, efficiency and/or customer experience. As part of the Equipment Management Group, you will be working within a collaborative setting that values your perspective, motivates you to shoulder additional responsibilities, fosters ongoing learning, and rewards innovative contributions.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in a shifting customer and regulatory landscape
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Lead reporting and insights delivery and articulate detailed requirements
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Facilitating frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams th​roughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Equipment/Vendor Finance business experience
  • Data analytics and reporting experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication skills with ability to lead requirement discussions, facilitate decision making and keep stakeholders updated
  • Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and developing cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira ​
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at one the posted work location
  • Travel less 10%

Pay Range

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
